Reindeer Farm Sales Secretary - Kujalan Porotila Oy - Kuusamo, Finland

We are hiring a sales secretary for an upcoming position at our reindeer farm. Your tasks include selling experiences to international and domestic tour operators and individual customers, managing reservations, providing information, customer service and support tasks as part of the reindeer farm team, as well as background work related to reservations such as email, phone, and other communication. You will mainly work on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm at the reindeer farm office in English, but as needed, you will also support the team on holidays. You should be meticulous and good with people. As a sales secretary, you will be responsible for managing and selling the reindeer farm reservations. Your tasks include managing email, reservation calendar, providing information, handling customer feedback, reporting, monitoring online platforms, and office work. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and common marketing tools is appreciated. You will also assist with orders, event organization, and customer service tasks in the farm shop and café. You should be precise, organized, proactive, and active. You are interested in developing your skills and increasing sales. You must have strong written and spoken English, good interaction and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a team and network within the tourism industry. You are familiar with modern tools, computers, connections, and software. Clear communication skills are important. Most importantly, you should be genuine, eager to learn and develop, active, and have a cheerful attitude. You will receive comprehensive training and access to modern tools. We expect from applicants: Relevant work experience, fluent oral and written communication skills (Finnish and English), ability to produce documents, good communication and negotiation skills, IT skills and Office 365 proficiency, social media skills and online platform management, good interaction, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, ability to develop operational models within the company, self-driven and goal-oriented work attitude, authenticity and openness, valid first aid training (EA1), B-class driver’s license, hygiene passport, alcohol service license.
