Job Description
In this role, you are not just a passive order taker, but you have an active "sales mindset". You are responsible for turning incoming leads into successful reservations and memorable events. Your workday consists of approximately 90% inbound sales and reservation management. The company operates throughout Finland, but the focus and strongest growth are in the Helsinki metropolitan area. What do we offer? We offer you the support of a concise and expert team, as well as a vantage point in a rapidly growing and respected restaurant group. - Salary: approximately €2400 - €3000/month depending on experience - Working hours mainly during weekdays within office hours, occasional support shifts at large company events are agreed separately - Permanent and full-time role in a growing company with strong restaurant brands across Finland. Key responsibilities include sales and reservation coordination, event management, system maintenance and administration, and sales and marketing support. This position requires a background in the restaurant industry from the floor, a sales-oriented attitude, strong organizational skills, system skills, and fluent Finnish and English. The application process involves assessments, interviews in July and August, and a start date in August. The role is based in Helsinki, Finland.

Responsibilities
- Handling and confirming B2B and B2C customer reservation and quotation requests for several locations
- Coordinating corporate events, private parties, and experiential events
- Updating reservation calendars and CRM systems, preparing billing materials
- Assisting with website updates, campaign coordination, and communication
Requirements
- Background in the restaurant industry from the floor, preferably from event restaurant or à la carte
- Sales-oriented and goal-driven attitude
- Strong organizational skills and systematic approach
- Experience or readiness to learn CRM and reservation systems (e.g., DinnerBooking, Pipedrive, Restolution, Venuu) and MS Office
- Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English
