Sales Assistant (Restaurant and Event Industry) - Helsinki - Academic Work

In this role, you are not just a passive order taker, but you have an active "sales mindset". You are responsible for turning incoming leads into successful reservations and memorable events. Your workday consists of approximately 90% inbound sales and reservation management. The company operates throughout Finland, but the focus and strongest growth are in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Key responsibilities include sales and reservation coordination, event management, system maintenance and administration, and sales and marketing support. This position requires a background in the restaurant industry from the floor, a sales-oriented attitude, strong organizational skills, system skills, and fluent Finnish and English.
