We are recruiting on-call home and community care nurses in Seinäjoki starting September 1st to enable clients to live full lives. The work involves daily nursing, medication management, health assessment, and support for clients' daily activities. Shifts are scheduled as follows: two weekdays 8-16, three weekdays 6.30-16.30, and weekends 8-15. The focus is on a relaxed pace and genuine presence, working closely with clients and their families. Salary: Under the private social services collective agreement, pay grade G22/G24, €15.09-€17.09/hour (care assistants), €16.71-€18.35/hour (nurses). In on-call work, a 9% holiday bonus is paid on top of the hourly wage. Requirements include a home care or nursing degree, at least 12 months of experience, physical readiness for lifting tasks, valid LOVE permits (advantageous but can be obtained through us), experience with patient lifts and suction machines (advantageous), and EA1 course completion.
