Job Description

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the city's personnel and salary policies, interpretation and application of official and employment contracts, cooperation between the employer and staff, and personnel development. We require a higher university degree suitable for the position and diverse experience in personnel management tasks. Knowledge of municipal sector personnel issues, an independent, goal-oriented, and developmental work approach, good cooperation and interaction skills, and proficient use of information systems are appreciated. Salary and employment conditions are determined according to KVTES and the city of Akaa's pay system. A six-month probationary period applies to the position.
