Construction Assistant for Demolition Site - Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for a motivated and physically capable construction assistant for a long-term demolition site for our client. In this role, you will be part of the construction team, assisting with various demolition and cleaning tasks. Your duties include transporting construction waste from the site, assisting with demolition work, maintaining site cleanliness and order, sorting materials, handling waste management tasks, and other supportive construction tasks as directed by management. The work is practical and physically demanding, so good basic fitness is important. Job duties include: - Carrying and transporting construction waste on site - Assisting with demolition tasks - Ensuring site cleanliness and order - Sorting materials and waste management tasks - Other supportive construction tasks as assigned by management What we expect from you: - Good physical condition and readiness for heavy work - Energetic, proactive, and responsible attitude - Ability to work as part of a team - Basic Finnish language skills for communication on site and understanding safety instructions - Valid occupational safety card The position requires passing a basic security clearance before starting work. Employment details: The work is expected to start around week 42/2026, and the project is estimated to continue until week 25/2027.
