Part-time Substitute for School Supervisor - Ylitornion kunta - Ylitornio, Finland

The Education Department of Ylitornio is seeking a part-time substitute for a primary school supervisor for the period from August 10 to December 31, 2026. We expect applicants to have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude. We offer challenging work and good colleagues. The qualification requirement is a professional qualification as a school supervisor or an equivalent secondary vocational qualification. Previous work experience in similar tasks may be considered an advantage. If no qualified applicants are available, other applicants may be considered. We are looking for a friendly team member who is up-to-date, has teamwork and ICT skills, an open-minded attitude, and an interest in developing their work and the school. We value enthusiasm, flexibility, cooperation skills, interaction skills, and good individual and group management skills. These skills and qualities will be assessed based on the application and/or interview. The working hours are 30 hours per week. Salary is determined according to the Collective Agreement for Municipal Personnel (KVTES). A two-month probationary period applies. The selected candidate must, before starting, present a criminal record extract as required by the Act on Background Checks of Persons Working with Children (504/2002).
