Facilities Engineer - Gold Group - Ampthill, United Kingdom

The Facilities department are looking for an individual with a Facilities engineering background to assist with the ongoing management of construction and refurbishment projects, along with ensuring the appropriate management of new assets through the use of a CMMS (IBM Tririga- based) Key Responsibilities Essential - Facilities, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction-related background. - Understanding of industrial asset maintenance, either through engineering, maintenance, or planning experience. - Ability to interpret technical drawings, project plans, and engineering documentation. - Experience using CAD software and asset management/CMMS systems. - Strong organisational and communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Desirable - Experience using IBM TRIRIGA or a similar CMMS. - Experience supporting construction or refurbishment projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment. - Knowledge of UK facilities compliance and statutory requirements. - HNC/HND or Degree in Facilities Engineering, Building Services, Engineering, or a related discipline. You will need to hold or be eligible to hold SC clearance.
