We are looking for a Service Manager - A-Kruunu Oy - Helsinki, Finland

As a Service Manager, you are responsible for the comprehensive management of the rental buildings and customer relationships assigned to you. The properties are located in the capital region as well as in growth centers and are mostly completed within the last ten years. In a growing and developing organization, the work tasks are diverse and independent. Your responsibilities include administrative property management, maintenance, and resident satisfaction for properties owned by A-Kruunu. You will participate in and influence the procurement processes, acquisitions, partner management, quality control, and budgeting related to the rental buildings assigned to you. You will work flexibly with various stakeholders, and daily interaction with A-Kruunu residents is a key part of the role. The work is carried out in a hybrid model with flexible working arrangements. We require from you: Relevant education in business or technical fields Experience in managing rental buildings for new developments Ability to serve customers in Finnish and English Self-directed, planned, and developmental approach to work Readiness for occasional evening work A valid driver’s license We hope from you: Technical, financial, and administrative understanding of property maintenance Management of large entities and customer-oriented thinking Previous experience in the real estate sector or maintenance operations is an advantage Knowledge of industry-specific training and familiarity with state-supported affordable rental housing production and ownership of rental buildings Familiarity with the Tampuuri property management system Good interaction, cooperation, and negotiation skills Resilience and a flexible attitude We offer you an important role in an interesting and socially significant environment, new premises in Helsinki Pasila, and good employment benefits.
