Technical Building Maintenance Technician - CBRE - Remote - Global

We are looking for experienced technical property maintenance technicians to strengthen our technical installation and maintenance team in Helsinki. The role emphasizes building systems, with occasional traditional property maintenance tasks such as snow shoveling and waste collection. Some roles involve coordinating and leading the team, supporting other sites and customer needs. The sites are diverse, ranging from retail to modern and critical environments. The work combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and customer service, with some roles acting as the 'nokka' (leader) of the team. The position requires experience with property maintenance and building systems, ability to work independently, good communication skills, a B driver's license, and readiness for emergency and security checks.
