We are looking for an experienced and motivated supervisor for reinforced concrete and bridge construction to oversee daily operations at bridge and concrete construction sites. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring production, safety, quality, and schedules. The work may involve travel, so we expect you to be prepared for mobility. Job Description As a supervisor for reinforced concrete and bridge construction, you will be responsible for the practical management of sites in collaboration with the team, subcontractors, and clients. Your duties include: Managing and coordinating bridge and concrete construction sites Monitoring schedules, resources, and costs Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Participating in site meetings and reporting Supervising formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and installation work Collaborating with stakeholders We expect you to have: Relevant technical education (e.g., construction engineer, civil engineer) Practical experience in bridge and concrete construction Strong awareness of safety and quality standards Fluent Finnish language skills; additional language skills are an advantage A valid B-driver’s license and own vehicle We offer: A permanent position with our client A professional, growing, and motivated team Competitive salary and comprehensive employee benefits Interested?
