FP&A Analyst - Global Controlling - IFS - Remote - Global

We are seeking a highly analytical FP&A Analyst to support the Consulting and Success functions globally. This role will focus primarily on cost control, end‑to‑end variance analysis, and business partnering with regional and functional stakeholders. The analyst will play a critical role in month‑end reporting, forecasting, and performance management, providing clear financial insights that enable effective decision‑making and cost discipline across a geographically distributed organization. Key Responsibilities include owning detailed cost tracking and analysis, monitoring cost trends and drivers, supporting cost governance initiatives, delivering full-cycle variance analysis, supporting rolling forecasts and budget cycles, acting as a finance partner to stakeholders, and producing management reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, 2–4 years of experience in FP&A or related roles, strong understanding of cost accounting, advanced Excel skills, experience with large data sets, and excellent analytical skills.
