Production Workers for Kitchen, Packaging, and Shift Supervisor - Uniflex Suomi Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are currently hiring production workers for three different roles at a growing food company in Helsinki. We are seeking new team members for production at our food industry client. There are several job opportunities available for motivated individuals in various roles: kitchen production worker, packaging production worker, and shift supervisor. Success in these roles requires proficiency in Finnish and/or English. 1. Production Worker – Kitchen The work involves diverse and physical food production tasks. Workstations include salad, baking, and chopping. We expect from you: - Previous experience in food production (mandatory) - Good physical condition - Ability to read and follow recipes carefully - Initiative and a proactive work attitude - Good teamwork skills - Positive attitude and enthusiasm 2. Production Worker – Packaging The work focuses on operating packaging lines and production equipment. In-depth knowledge of food production is not necessary for this role. Quality awareness is considered an advantage. We expect from you: - Experience in production or packaging work - Ability to operate machines and equipment - Carefulness and efficient work approach - Good work attitude - Ability to work quickly and with quality in a production environment 3. Shift Supervisor We are looking for someone with potential to develop into a supervisory role in production. A comprehensive onboarding and training plan will be provided, during which you will work in all production stages (kitchen, packaging, etc.). The goal is to learn the entire production process and later move into a responsible supervisory role.
