Kiinteistöhuolto Aate Oy is looking for a skilled technical property maintenance worker for temporary assignments in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The job is suitable for someone who wants flexible working hours according to their own schedule. The workload varies with seasons and customer needs, and tasks may be offered with short notice. Your responsibilities include technical maintenance and repair work of properties, troubleshooting and repair of faults, monitoring and maintenance of HVAC systems, inspection and maintenance related to ventilation, on-call and response visits as needed, customer service and maintenance reporting. We expect from you experience in technical property maintenance, HVAC expertise, understanding of property technical systems, experience with maintenance or operations management systems, good Finnish language skills, valid B driver's license, initiative and responsibility, ability to work independently. Additional valued skills include electrical skills, knowledge of HVAC systems, experience in fault response, customer-oriented attitude.
