We are hiring Earthworks Assistants for our client companies' construction sites for summer 2026. JOB DESCRIPTION Earthworks Assistants perform various manual tasks such as spreading, shoveling, and installing insulation. Tasks may also include clearing, cleaning, and demolition work. WE EXPECT FROM YOU - Previous experience in similar tasks - A proactive work attitude and good physical condition - At least 18 years of age and fluent in Finnish - A valid safety training card is an advantage; assistance in obtaining it can be provided if needed. The duration of employment depends on the orders and needs of our client companies. Work can be part-time or full-time. Summer jobs are usually based on assignments, but we hope that employees can work full-time if needed (40 hours/week) during the summer. Working hours are generally from 7:00 to 15:30 on weekdays.
