Childcare Coordinator, Early Childhood Education - Turun kaupunki - Turku, Finland

We are seeking two childcare coordinators to join a functional, professional, and development-oriented team. As a childcare coordinator, you will be at the center of early childhood education services. Your tasks will include: advising and guiding guardians on early childhood education services, processing applications and communicating with clients, organizing early childhood education placements in collaboration with units, using electronic systems (e.g., eVaka), developing and streamlining service processes together with various stakeholders. The qualification requirement is a relevant higher education degree and good work experience related to the role. We expect applicants to have good knowledge of early childhood education, experience in customer service, and strong interaction and collaboration skills. The childcare coordinator should be able to manage overall responsibilities and adapt to changing situations. Additionally, experience with electronic systems is required. Proficiency in spoken and written Finnish and English is considered an advantage.
