Department secretary, initial placement on the maternity ward and neonatal intensive care unit. The main duties of the secretary working in the outpatient clinic and inpatient wards include appointments, research requests, treatment authorizations, referral processing, document handling, statistics, referral communication, check-ins and check-outs, patient document entries, and other tasks supporting nursing work. The department secretary handles patient and customer service and manages the patient document process independently. The secretary's work consists of patient administrative tasks, internal and external customer service, and document management tasks. The work environment includes the patient information system and other necessary work tools. Qualifications include a suitable vocational qualification and experience in similar secretarial tasks. The tasks require good IT skills and the ability to manage extensive customer cases containing care-related information. Employment terms and salary are determined according to the applicable collective agreement, with a task-specific salary of 2629.13 EUR/month at the start of employment.
