We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Nurmijärvi unit, manage delivery projects, and coordinate resources efficiently. In this role, you will ensure seamless collaboration between project management, design, assembly, and commissioning, while maintaining cost-effectiveness in your area. You will lead a team of project management, design, and assembly specialists, supporting them in daily problem-solving and decision-making. This is a direct hire position, meaning you will be employed directly by Flexmill on a permanent basis. Responsibilities include managing daily production and operational activities, supervising project management, design, and assembly teams, planning resources and capacity, developing production processes using Lean tools, monitoring KPI metrics, and collaborating with supply chain, sales, and administration teams. Qualifications include strong practical experience in production management and supervisory roles in an industrial or engineering environment, relevant technical or industrial engineering education, practical skills in Lean tools and ERP systems, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and fluency in Finnish and English. Preferred experience in robot automation or high-tech manufacturing. The recruitment process involves personality and cognitive ability tests to identify the right candidate.
