The role offers an excellent opportunity to utilize broad expertise working with growth companies and projects, in a hybrid model at client sites and Espoo office. The ideal candidate has over five years of experience as a CFO or senior finance professional, strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, cash flow management, and data analytics, with fluent Finnish and English communication. Swedish or other language skills are a plus. The role involves supporting multiple clients simultaneously, adapting quickly to different environments, and demonstrating a strong leadership profile.
