Account Manager - Tietokeskus Finland Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are seeking an active and eager-to-develop Account Manager who enjoys customer interactions, takes initiative, and wants to grow as an IT sales professional. Aurilo and Enfo have now united as Aurilo! We are Finland's most capable IT service provider, helping clients succeed with reliable IT services today and tomorrow. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, actively acquiring new customers, preparing offers, leading projects, updating price lists and online store data, and maintaining regular contact with partners. You will identify opportunities to grow and develop customer accounts, offer suitable solutions, and ensure a smooth customer experience. You will also keep customer and sales data current in CRM and collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and technical experts. The salary range is 3500–5000 €/month, including fixed and commission parts. You will report to the Business Manager of Sales Enterprise. The work is hybrid, allowing remote work, with offices in Espoo or Kuopio.
