Your mission with us: As an Event Manager, you will lead all efforts in identifying and organising online and in-person events and trade fairs for the Match Pflege and Sales Team along with other B2B departments.. Providing our participants, partners and speakers with an optimal event experience and accompanying the entire process from start to finish. At the same time, you work with other teams to ensure that the trade fair and congress appearances are well coordinated and successful.

Job Details
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts in organizing online and in-person events, trade fairs, and conferences, including logistics and setup.
- Manage event programs, sponsorships, vendor monitoring, registration, and reporting.
- Oversee event registration, invoicing, scheduling, and calendar management.
- Coordinate with participants, speakers, and co-organizers for successful events.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and visuals with creative teams.
- Support merchandise and marketing materials management in Berlin office.
- Handle pre- and post-event communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain data in CRM system (HubSpot).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or equivalent experience
