The role involves handling customer lifecycle processes, ensuring data accuracy, and performing administrative tasks with precision and structure. Responsibilities include onboarding new customers, managing existing customer data, and offboarding accounts, including handling estates, terminations, and insolvencies. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, prior administrative experience, is detail-oriented, structured, productive, and fluent in Swedish and English, with knowledge of other Nordic languages a plus.
