We are looking for maintenance technicians for industrial shutdowns! We have several clients with high demand for maintenance professionals and installers, mainly in Päijät-Häme, but also across Finland and at our clients' facilities (workshops and halls). Most facilities are located in Lahti. Our client offers industrial maintenance and other maintenance services, as well as all industrial installations involving steel structures, welding, and machine shop manufacturing. Maintenance work may involve metals, plastics, wood, electrical work, food industry, and other manufacturing sectors. The work is primarily during daytime, depending on the site/project. You will perform a variety of repairs, maintenance, and installations using different methods. If you possess the following, you might be the person we are looking for: Experience suitable for industrial maintenance, preferably with a background in metalwork, or self-taught skills. Valid professional certificates (safety card and hot work permit) – if not, these must be obtained before starting work. Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are advantageous, as most clients have their own equipment. Good Finnish language skills – the work supervisor communicates in Finnish. High work ethic; the work is independent, and you are responsible for your work quality. Good social skills; able to work well with people even in challenging situations.
