Construction Supervisor in Salo - Redo Oy - Salo, Finland

In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of renovation and damage restoration projects, ensuring cost efficiency and smooth progress from start to finish. You will work with demolition, fire, and water damage teams, as well as reconstruction. As part of your daily work, you will coordinate material orders and major purchases to keep projects on schedule and within planned costs. Your goal is to ensure all projects meet quality and schedule requirements, and that billing and resourcing are correctly handled. Daily supervisory work is part of your responsibilities. Previous experience in moisture measurement and damage assessment is an advantage. We operate in the Western Uusimaa region. The unit is located in Salo. We see as an advantage if you have experience as a construction supervisor in renovation work and preferably also in insurance damage sites. Since you will work closely with clients, excellent customer service skills are essential. You are efficient in organizing your work, proactive, and flexible enough to complete tasks. A relevant education or degree will help you succeed in this role. You possess solid IT skills, as we use multiple systems. The work is mobile, so a driver’s license is required.
