Santa Claus Northern Lights Village Pyhälle We are seeking a cheerful, charismatic and empathetic Santa Claus for Northern Lights Village Pyhä. In this unique role you will create unforgettable experiences for our guests and bring the magic of Christmas to life for each guest. The Santa must show warmth and genuine Christmas spirit, and be able to convey the festive mood. Key responsibilities include greeting families and guests, posing for photos with guests, learning about guests to tailor personal service, keeping Santa’s cabin clean, maintaining Santa’s outfit, collaborating with elves and guides, and adapting to various guest interactions with patience, empathy and creativity. What we expect: previous customer service experience, a valid B driver's license, fluent written and spoken English, First Aid Certificate, ability to create a welcoming and joyful environment, excellent communication and storytelling skills, ability to work with children, willingness to work outdoors, flexibility for shifts including weekends and holidays. Beneficial: education in acting or performing arts, Finnish language knowledge, previous wilderness guiding experience, experience in hospitality, local area knowledge, photography skills.
