Job Description
We are seeking an office assistant for our growing team who is service-minded and enthusiastic about helping others. This position is suitable if you are quick to learn new tasks, enjoy working with clients, and are precise and flexible. Initially, the position is a fixed-term maternity leave replacement, but we believe you will have the opportunity to continue with us after the fixed-term period! You will handle purchase invoices, create sales invoices, organize client events, search for and compete service providers, respond to customer messages, coordinate project billing, and manage your own client accounts. The work is varied, challenging, rewarding, and each day is different. We offer a vibrant team, diverse tasks, and a chance to gain insight into a growing industry. The role requires good social skills, customer service orientation, organizational skills, independence, and experience with financial tasks and systems. Proficiency in Finnish and English is essential. The role is based in Espoo, with flexible working hours and remote options.
