Reinforced Concrete and Bridge Construction Supervisor Eastern Finland - Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy

We are looking for an experienced and motivated bridge construction supervisor to oversee the daily operations of bridge and concrete construction sites. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the production, safety, quality, and schedules of the project. The work is occasionally mobile, so we expect you to be prepared to travel. As a bridge construction supervisor, you will be responsible for the practical management of construction sites in collaboration with the team, subcontractors, and the client. Your duties include managing and coordinating bridge and concrete construction sites, monitoring project schedules, resources, and costs, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, participating in site meetings and reporting, supervising formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, and installation work, and collaborating with stakeholders. We expect from you relevant technical education (e.g., construction engineer, civil engineer, or equivalent), practical experience in bridge and concrete construction, good ability to read technical drawings and plans, strong awareness of safety and quality standards, good communication and collaboration skills, fluent Finnish language skills; additional languages are an advantage, and B driving license.
