Supply Chain Business Controller - Orkla Care Oy - Remote - Global

As Supply Chain Business Controller at Orkla Foods, you will act as a key finance partner to Supply Chain and Operations across the organisation. The role plays a central part in ensuring transparency, insight and fact-based decision-making across manufacturing, logistics and end-to-end supply chain operations. You will support both day-to-day supply chain controlling as well as strategic initiatives and transformation programmes, contributing to cost efficiency, strong financial governance and long-term investment planning. You will work closely with Central functions, Business Units and Sites in a complex, international environment. The role will report to SC Development Director. Responsibilities include leading supply chain controlling, establishing harmonised cost structures, providing financial insights, and ensuring compliance with policies. The ideal candidate has a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar, at least five years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and experience with ERP systems like SAP. The role reports to the SC Development Director and is based at Orkla Foods locations across Scandinavia. The application deadline is 6 May.
