We are seeking a Production Quality and Development Manager in Hämeenlinna. About us Hämeen Teollisuuspalvelu Oy is a well-known and respected operator in the region with decades of experience. We are experts in hydraulics, mechanics, and pneumatics. We manufacture custom parts and assemblies according to drawings for industrial needs and produce components from raw materials to finished products on a made-to-order basis. We serve medium-sized and large corporate clients by providing flexible technical expertise. We are part of the Nordic Alligo AB and operate in Finland under the strong TOOLS concept. Our mission is to make work easier, safer, and more profitable for our customers. Alligo employs approximately 2,300 people, of whom 400 are in Finland. What does the role involve? As our company grows, we are looking for a development-oriented Production Quality and Development Manager at our Hämeenlinna location for a permanent position. You will be responsible for the quality system and the functionality and continuous development of production processes. You will work closely with the production team, participating in production control and planning. Since this is a new role, the specific responsibilities will be shaped based on the skills, interests, and development ambitions of the selected candidate. Main tasks - Management and quality systems - Define and create based on the current quality manual, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and AQAP management systems - Handling and managing complaints - Maintaining and developing quality standards as part of daily operations - Risk assessment and management according to standards - Planning and conducting audits for customers and suppliers - Developing production processes - Creating, maintaining, and continuously improving production processes - Measuring operations, monitoring, and implementing development actions - Preparing and maintaining instructions, documentation, and reports What kind of person do we believe will succeed and enjoy this role?
