UX Researcher - Verda - Remote - Global

We seek a UX Researcher to help develop a cloud platform console for developers and ML engineers deploying and managing cloud infrastructure. The role involves testing, measuring, and improving console flows, conducting usability studies, benchmarking against top developer tools, defining measurable metrics, and establishing research practices. Responsibilities include planning and conducting research across the product lifecycle, running usability tests, researching user expectations for AI-assisted workflows, benchmarking UX, establishing research frameworks, and defining UX metrics. The candidate should have 4+ years of experience in UX or related fields, proven research skills, technical fluency with cloud infrastructure, and excellent communication skills. Nice to have skills include experience in tech, AI, SaaS, or scale-up environments, familiarity with product analytics, and establishing research practices. The role is based in Helsinki, with a hybrid mode of 3 days per week in the office. The employment type is full-time and permanent.
