Senior Executive SCM Planning - Avery Dennison - Remote - Global

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Executive - Supply Chain & Inventory Management to oversee and optimize our end-to-end inventory operations. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics, ERP systems, and industry best practices to improve inventory turnover, minimize stockouts, and reduce holding costs. In this senior role, you will lead complex supply chain projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities include developing and implementing advanced inventory optimization strategies, leading demand forecasting and capacity planning, overseeing cycle counting and physical inventory audits, establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within ERP/WMS systems. The role requires advanced proficiency in enterprise ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Excel, and strong leadership and analytical skills. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field, with 4-5+ years of experience, and certifications like APICS or Six Sigma are highly desired.
