Job Description
As Signify Technology enters its tenth year, we are continuing to invest in the development of our UK & EU client partnerships from our London headquarters. This role exists as a result of sustained growth across our US client base and the need to continue developing meaningful, consultative partnerships with organisations who require more than transactional recruitment support. As a Business Development Consultant aligned to our US market, you will focus on establishing and developing strategic hiring relationships with technology businesses. Working closely with our delivery teams, you will support clients across a range of hiring models, ensuring that we are positioned as a long-term partner rather than a short-term supplier. Responsibilities include developing new client relationships within the UK / EU tech market, identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing end-to-end recruitment processes across contract and permanent hiring, delivering against individual and multi-hire client requirements, building candidate networks within your market, managing stakeholder expectations throughout the hiring process, and contributing to the growth of longer-term client partnerships. Requirements include previous experience in a Business Development role within a technology recruitment environment, experience working within the UK / EU technology market, a track record of consistent billing within a recruitment setting, experience developing and managing hiring partnerships within Software Engineering, Data, Machine Learning or AI markets, strong commercial awareness and ability to sell hiring solutions, and the ability to operate within a high-performance environment. Why Signify? Signify has grown consistently in revenue year-on-year since opening and now operates as a predominantly contract-focused consultancy business, with the majority of our work centred around long-term contract and project delivery. Our consultants are supported to operate as hiring partners across both contract and permanent hiring, as well as embedded and project-based solutions. We offer a no-threshold commission structure with up to 40% commission and no cap on earnings. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion are core to our operations, fostering an inclusive, respectful, and representative workplace. Why you'll love working at Signify includes flexible working, generous time-off, private medical insurance, employee assistance, pension scheme, uncapped commission, paid sabbatical, family support, life and critical illness insurance, eco-friendly commuting, learning & development, travel insurance, top performer incentives, and quarterly socials.
