As Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will lead the Norwegian property damage unit and be responsible for strategic direction and development of the partner landscape in Norway. You will oversee the implementation of digital solutions, data-driven decisions, and customer journeys, influencing costs, quality, and customer experience. You will lead a team of four partner managers and quality experts, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners in a dynamic Nordic environment. Your tasks include result and cost responsibility, developing strategic initiatives, leading negotiations, and contributing to digital transformation. The role emphasizes expanding the partner network through data, digitalization, and new collaboration models to improve customer outcomes and company results. You will operate within the Nordic Property Claims organization, focusing on customer experience, quality, and cost management in property damages, with a team based in Vækerø, Oslo.
