Job Description
Guiding a children's group (15-18 children) in various activities such as guided play, sports, outdoor activities, crafts, homework, and snack times. Supporting children and strengthening social skills. Planning and developing activities together with other guides. Proactive and energetic approach to work. Good communication skills and ability to work with different people. Ability to manage and guide a children's group. Suitable education (e.g., morning and afternoon activity instructor, practical nurse, social services degree, youth and leisure instructor). Opportunities for training during work, e.g., through apprenticeship programs. The position is permanent and part-time. Working hours mainly fall between 12:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. Salary follows the Private Social Services Sector Collective Agreement. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract required for working with children. We will fill the position as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
