Licensed Practical Nurse, Elderly Services, Home Care Resource Pool, Somero - Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue

You will work as a practical nurse in the home care resource pool within a region planned by us, in Somero, Marttila, Kosi T.L., Loimaa, or possibly more broadly in the eastern area of elderly care. Your work will be distributed across different home care units as needed, and the work unit may change daily. The work is varied and allows you to utilize your professional skills in a versatile manner with support from colleagues and supervisors. You will receive orientation tailored to your views, needs, and previous work experience. The work involves two shifts. Shifts are scheduled through electronic services, allowing you to influence your own working hours and have your personal preferences flexibly considered. We offer you the opportunity to influence your own shifts through electronic shift planning and a varied job where you can utilize and develop your skills in different units. You will receive orientation based on your skills and previous work experience, along with support from colleagues and supervisors in daily work. We expect flexibility and resilience to change, as the work environment and work units may change with short notice. You value varied work and can operate in different operational environments as part of the overall home care. The job requires good Finnish language skills, a driver’s license, and the ability to use your own car. Additional points include a valid LOVe medication license and good IT skills. The qualification requirement for the position is a professional degree in social and health care (practical nurse) or an earlier school-level qualification in the field, along with a valid registration in JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
