A home care service supporting elderly people living at home works to meet each client’s individual needs in their own home. In home care we work multidisciplinary and our goal is to enable the client to have a good and as active life as possible. Linnainmaa home care area is divided into three nurse teams, within which the responsibility model is implemented. As a home caregiver you work in clients’ homes. Your work is independent, mobile and days vary. A skilled team is always there to support you. In home care your work is diverse and human-centred, where you will use good interaction and teamwork skills as well as a flexible approach. In daily use we also have technology, such as medication dispensing machines and video phones. Be enthusiastic and brave, because your teammates are too.

- Ability to adapt to changing situations and willingness to develop your own work and remote care.
- Initiative and positive attitude toward technology.
- Willingness to learn new things and good interpersonal skills are a good foundation for home care work.
