In this role, you will work with both families with children and elderly clients in their own homes. The goal is to support clients' well-being, functional capacity, and ability to live independently at home. The work is mostly independent, but you will be supported by a skilled and caring team. The job emphasizes responsibility, enthusiasm, and teamwork skills. You may be an experienced or newly graduated personal care or nursing assistant. Requirements for applicants: - Education as a personal care or nursing assistant - Good Finnish language skills - Driver's license and own car - Enthusiastic and independent attitude. The work mainly takes place on weekdays, with 1-3 evening shifts per week, and additional shifts can be arranged on weekends. The working area covers Uusimaa, focusing on Vantaa, Kerava, Helsinki, and Tuusula. The position is available to start as soon as possible.
