Valoo builds future fibre networks to homes and challenges traditional practices in the fibre market. We are strengthening our Kotka and Hamina region team with an experienced sales professional who can build trust, identify customer needs and drive the sales process to completion. The role involves acquiring new condo customers and developing existing accounts within your territory. Your day-to-day includes contacting decision-makers and key stakeholders in housing associations, identifying new sales opportunities, preparing and conducting customer meetings, assessing housing association needs and offering solutions, participating in association meetings, advancing negotiations and sales processes, and collaborating with boards, property managers, and other stakeholders. You will drive the sales process from first contact to contract signing. The work blends new business, negotiation skills, and long-term customer relationship building. The role may require occasional evening work and flexible hours due to housing association meetings. It is a permanent, full-time position with Bondata as the employer. Remote work is possible, with visits to customer sites and occasional office work. We value proactive, organized, and results-driven individuals with CRM experience (Salesforce or similar). A category B driving licence and willingness to travel for customer meetings are required. Experience in condo sales and knowledge of telecoms/ fibre are especially valued.
