At our Polish branch, Industrial Software Solutions, we develop advanced IT solutions for clients from various industrial and technological sectors. We implement projects in international environments, supporting the development of business systems, web applications, and platforms that support operational and production processes. We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with React experience, who will bring strong backend skills and also be comfortable on the frontend. Future projects may involve designing and developing end-to-end web applications, creating backend services in Java, building modern user interfaces in React, designing architecture, API, and module integration, participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment, and collaborating with project teams and clients in an international environment. Requirements include commercial experience as a Senior Java Developer, strong knowledge of Java and frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot, experience with React and web frontend, designing and developing REST APIs, good knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server), code quality practices, Git and CI/CD tools, and communication skills in Polish and English (min. B2). Additional skills that are a plus include microservices architecture, cloud solutions (AWS, Azure), Docker or Kubernetes, and experience in modernization or migration projects.
