Job Description
Professional support worker – join us in launching our activities in Satakunta! Would you like to do meaningful work supporting children, youth, and families in their daily lives? Join us in building our new activities in professional support work. We are currently looking for a practical nurse, youth worker, or community pedagogue to work in Eurajoki, Rauma, Eura, and Säkylä. Please specify in your application which area you are able to work in. The activities will start during the autumn, and we are looking for an enthusiastic professional who wants to help build a high-quality and impactful service. You will succeed in this role if you have a basic qualification in social and health care or education and guidance, and at least 1 year of experience working with children and youth. Experience in mental health and substance abuse work is also valued, and neuropsychiatric expertise is considered an advantage. You are a positive, proactive, and responsible professional who wants to develop our activities together with the team. Work Content As an Onni professional support worker, you will support children, youth, and families in their daily lives. You will work independently according to our service principles, meeting clients openly, participatively, and respectfully. The work is based on everyday routines, positive collaboration, and supporting the strengths of children, youth, and families. This rewarding work requires perseverance, flexibility, stress tolerance, and courage to face various situations. What we offer?
