Job Description
Join our high-performing Executive Search team in a dynamic Project Administrator (Float) role. This is a hands-on position supporting senior Partners and Project Coordinators across active search assignments. You will manage diaries, interviews, travel, documentation, produce client reports, coordinate candidates and stakeholders, and support systems like Salesforce and PSA. Also, provide reception cover and support internal events, ensuring a polished experience. Part-time (4–5 days/week, 6 hours/day), collaborative environment, ideal for organized, detail-focused individuals proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. Strong communication and discretion required.
