Bar Supervisor, Oulu - Botnia Career Oy - Oulu, Finland

We are looking for a skilled bar supervisor to strengthen our team. The role involves managing the daily operations of the restaurant during your shift, leading the bar team by example, ensuring high-quality customer experience, and actively participating in service work. The focus is on coordinating and executing meeting and celebration services in collaboration with the restaurant staff. You will be responsible for smooth event flow from guest arrival to departure, ensuring high standards. Shifts are within the restaurant's opening hours, including weekdays and weekends, with both day and evening shifts based on event and restaurant needs. The position is permanent, 112.5 hours/3 weeks, starting as agreed. Requirements include experience as a bar supervisor, waiter, or other restaurant management role, strong skills in meeting and celebration services, excellent customer service and sales skills, ability to lead and organize under pressure, initiative, responsibility, passion for the restaurant industry, and good Finnish language skills.
