Project Manager / Area Manager – Infrastructure Construction - Poolia Suomi Oy - Helsinki, Finland

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of projects in your area, leading personnel, and ensuring business profitability. You will manage project and site operations, achieve technical, financial, and schedule goals, lead staff and subcontractors, resource planning, monitor business profitability, maintain customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. You will support cost management, safety, quality, and operational development. Requirements include a suitable technical degree, proven experience in infrastructure project management, leadership skills, business understanding, excellent communication skills, fluent Finnish, and a driving license. Preferred are strong customer networks in Pirkanmaa, experience in regional business development, large infrastructure projects, and previous leadership roles.
