Legal AI Trainee - Borenius - Remote - Global

Borenius is seeking two law students for a part-time Legal AI Trainee internship at our headquarters in Helsinki city center. The internship lasts at least six months, starting in September 2026. The role involves testing, piloting, and supporting the adoption of legal tech tools such as AI-assisted research and documentation tools, contract management systems, and building AI-supported workflows in collaboration with legal staff. The trainee will also train staff on new digital tools, monitor legal tech market developments, and participate in internal development projects. Candidates should have a good understanding of the legal system, interest in legal technology, experience or self-study in legal tech tools or digital process development, accuracy, proactive attitude, teamwork skills, basic coding skills, and excellent Finnish and English language skills.
