Job Description
We are NRC Group, the most ambitious infrastructure builder in the Nordic countries. We build and maintain critical infrastructure, employing about 2,000 professionals across Finland, Sweden, and Norway. We connect people and communities daily with agility and innovation. We are seeking brave individuals to build infrastructure responsibly and impactfully. Currently, we are hiring a site manager for electrical railway and low voltage works. The role involves independent and collaborative project planning and execution, mainly on railway projects, overseeing electrical railway and low voltage work. Responsibilities include daily site management, safety, coordination, work planning, subcontractor negotiations, scheduling, procurement, site readiness, cost management, customer relations, and change management. Offices are located in Helsinki, Tampere, Riihimäki, Kouvola, or Oulu, with travel required across Finland. The position is full-time, day shift.
