Selected candidates will undergo a trial and apprenticeship period during which they will be trained for pilot duties according to Finnpilot’s training system. The start date of employment will be agreed upon separately with the selected candidates. At the beginning of employment, selected candidates will undergo a health check and drug screening. Additionally, with their consent, a security clearance will be conducted in accordance with the Security Clearance Act 726/2014. More information about security clearance and the rights of the person being investigated can be found on the Finnish Security Intelligence Service’s website.
