Production Staff for Office Space Projects in Helsinki and Lahti - Consti Yhtiöt Oyj - Remote - Global

We are hiring several different staff roles to strengthen our operations: site managers/site supervisors, project engineers, procurement engineers, and cost specialists. As a site manager/site supervisor, you are responsible for the overall achievement of project goals from start-up to warranty period. You ensure that sites progress according to schedule, that our workers and suppliers operate safely, and that project and customer goals are met. As a project engineer, you are responsible for the quality, customer service, and finances of your sites. You work closely with the project manager, other site staff, and possibly our project and development teams. The role may include procurement tasks. As a cost specialist, you work closely with the management and project staff, handling project cost accounting from initial sketches to the final tender. Tasks are primarily based in Lahti. The roles are full-time and permanent, with working hours mainly from 7:00 to 15:30. Projects are located in the Helsinki metropolitan area, Uusimaa, and Lahti.
