Team Leader - Tunstall Oy - Vantaa, Finland

We are seeking a nurse or paramedic to strengthen our safety assistance operations in Vantaa as an operational team leader. In this role, you will assist clients in urgent situations at their homes, lead the daily operations of the team, and develop the service together with the Response Centre Manager, without relinquishing nursing duties. The work involves mobile, responsible customer visits, independent situation assessments, first aid, and decision-making in changing situations. You will work alongside the Response Centre Manager, focusing on daily team leadership, resourcing, and development, including shift planning, resource coordination, onboarding, reporting, quality development, equipment management, and collaboration with stakeholders. The role suits you if you enjoy acute care work, want to influence team operations, and are organized and calm. Requirements include a relevant higher education degree (nurse or paramedic), experience in team coordination or operational responsibilities, good IT skills, fluent Finnish, and a valid B driver’s license.
