Would you like to lead demanding ship design projects and be involved in shaping the future of the maritime industry? Allstars Group is now looking for a structural design project manager to strengthen its ship design team in Turku! As a structural design project manager, you will lead and coordinate complex ship hull structure design projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for the overall progress of the projects, ensuring that the design proceeds according to schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Your tasks include preparing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and actively monitoring them. You will lead and support design teams in achieving goals and ensure smooth collaboration between clients, designers, and other project stakeholders. You will also be responsible for project resourcing, risk management, and daily coordination. We are seeking a person with understanding of ship hull design projects and shipyard construction methods. You have previous experience at a shipyard or in another technical environment, and you can grasp broad concepts and keep them under control.
