Suomen Ihosairaala is a full-service top unit specializing in skin health. We offer our patients expert, personalized, and human-centered care — listening and caring. Our multidisciplinary team includes dermatologists, specialized nurses, plastic surgeons, pulmonologists, podiatrists, cosmetologists, as well as basic and practical nurses. You will work among skin experts and be an important part of a smooth and safe patient care pathway. Suomen Ihosairaala has two locations in Helsinki: Kampi and Eteläranta. We are now looking for a Nurse Assistant for customer service. We are seeking a customer-oriented Nurse Assistant for a permanent position. In this role, you are often the first contact for patients at Suomen Ihosairaala. Your work mainly involves reception at the medical center and telephone service: assisting with appointments, guiding clients to the right services, and ensuring that interactions at Suomen Ihosairaala feel clear, friendly, and trustworthy. Depending on your interest and skills, the role may also include sample collection and other nursing tasks. You will succeed in this role if you greet clients and patients warmly, calmly, and professionally; have experience in private healthcare or are eager to develop in this field; work accurately, proactively, and solution-oriented; enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team; have good organizational skills even in changing situations; are interested in skin-related treatments, procedures, and developing customer experience; want to commit to high-quality, patient-respecting work; hold valid medication licenses or are prepared to obtain them during the trial period. Eligibility: The role requires a suitable vocational qualification in social and health care, such as a practical nurse qualification, or an equivalent degree. Good command of spoken and written Finnish is also required. Working in customer and patient areas requires vaccination protection according to section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act.
