We are looking for a Construction Supervisor for our client company KoskiRent Oyj, to work on the construction of rental space solutions. KoskiRent Oyj is a domestic family business specializing in the rental of portable spaces. They offer responsible and flexible solutions for changing needs with their Modulo space solutions. The adaptable spaces can be modified to meet the varying needs of schools, daycares, and care facilities. All space solutions are constructed in Finland from domestic materials. What will you do? As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for executing projects with quality and according to agreed schedules. Your tasks include supervising work, onboarding, communicating with clients and other stakeholders, planning schedules, and reporting. The construction sites are located across Finland, so travel to sites weekly is required. The fixed office location is in the city center of Tampere. Requirements from the applicant: * Previous experience in construction supervision * Suitable construction industry education (AMK or DI) * Good cooperation and interaction skills, and fluent Finnish language skills * Responsible and careful work attitude * Willingness to travel within Finland The position offers a diverse and varied role in responsible construction management.
